Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Gilbert

This hotel was a good surprise! The remodeled lobby and breakfast area are beautifully inviting. Our room, with its galaxy of comfy pillows and beds, gave us a peaceful night's sleep after our travels. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Can't wait to come back!

I didn't want to leave and will be back. Loved my comfortable stay on vacation. The king room was neat and cheap, perfect for my needs. The location couldn't be more favourable and decent in a perfect area. Moreover, it's next to Chandler and airport and eateries and stores.

We liked this stay. The place was clean and we loved king room. The staff was pleasant, always on hand when needed. The room with all amenities.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The king studio was spacious.

The room was super comfy with a fridge and microwave. Cox TV had lots of channels. The bed was amazing, we sank right in and slept great. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and the coffee was hot. Clean counters and no crowd. Fitness centre and hot tub were nice too.

It had a good environment and clean rooms

It was too noisy at night to sleep well. Toilets flushing in other rooms could be heard. At 2:30 am an employee was using a noisy electric cleaning machine to scrub the hallway floor outside my room (unbelievable). The AC was the loudest I have heard in a hotel room and did not keep the room at a consistent temperature. It went from too hot to too cool and back again all night.

I am glad you contacted me to ask about my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites stay in Gilbert AZ because I had intended to contact you to let you know about my stay. It was wonderful. I found the Hampton In to be a luxury place with reasonable cost, very clean, new and nice.When I bookes the reservation I knew nothing about the Hampton Inn's location Gilbert Az but found it to be a suberb of Phoenix where you have the convenience of everything but avoid some of the big city noise and traffic. Easy access to the airport, golf, restraunts, shopping or anything you want to do. The staff knew the area , were friendly and gave excelent directioins. My stay was very enjoyable. Thank you ! Highly recommend for couples seeking comfort

The bed was comfortable, we couldn't believe how well we sank into it after a long day. Plus, the breakfast options were extensive and the dining area felt cute, it was a great start to our day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but given the comfort, it was still acceptable.

The cleanliness of the rooms. We dislike hotels however we actually felt good staying in a place like this. The staff was very helpful and pleasent.

What didn't I like, mold on the food, the lack of interest from staff about the mold and poor coordination between cleaning staff and check in staff.

Good location and friendly staff. A/C was hard to control in the room.

Sanjay and the staff were most gracious. I sent my daughter and her friend there (without me) and had to coordinate things via email and phone. Sanjay worked the night shift....he was so reassuring and watched out for them. They loved the breakfast and we were so grateful for the shuttle from the airport.

There was a very loud noise that made it very difficult to sleep.
